... No? Only for the Titan and its spawn. When is JusticeAxe useful in ch5 when you're doing pacifist? Devilsknife is still useful for its magic power, since it boosts Susie's heals.
Also Rory Night is way harder without Devilsknife

I'd recommend the devilknife because of the magic stat for susie btw, that is the only weapon for Susie that afects magic, it also reduces rude buster TP, which is good if you aren't doing a pasifist or weird route. Also, the Jevilstail isn't that good in chapter 5 because one secret boss armor is DOUBLE ITS NATURAL STATS, and makes ALL SPELLS 20% BETTER.
So, in conclusion, get devilsknife because it's still optimal in non-weird routes
With this setup of devilsknife, that chapter 5 secret boss reword, princessRBN, and you get the timing minigame susie(passifist) can do 486.5
If you instead have the ax with the highest attack stat, you will do 56.5 more damage, with the cost of 50TP instead of 40TP
