Yes. As far as I know, the Sword Route does not affect the gacha machine at all.

Never enter 1225 points into the gachapon machine at 3 AM (gone wrong) (gone missing) (can't find hand)

The latest Deltarune patch has made another way to get the egg after completing the Sword Route, you gotta find that Bibliox by going to the right of the game backroom and the Bibliox will say that everyone has already gone nowhere. You gotta then head to the gachaball machine and insert 1225 points and after getting the you couldn't find your hand message check the sparkle in the place of the ball machine and you will obtain the trip ticket.
If you already explored the gacharoom_unknown before you won't obtain the ticket though (but only if you completed the sword route, if you did not it's all okay)
What I’m asking about is that the ball machine is in the B-rank room, but you need to get S-rank on the the mini games in order to get Sword route.
Not true, the ticket will appear as long as gacharoom_unknown is completed and the bibliox has hinted at the ticket's presence under the ball machine (which itself requires that youve gotten the shadow mantle and dont already have the ticket or egg)
Whether you do gacharoom_unknown before or after talking to the bibliox doesnt change anything

Getting S-rank still lets you enter the A, B, and C rank rooms. You only need AT LEAST the corresponding ranks for each room.
Why haven’t I seen that mentioned anywhere then?

yeah, if you get A for example, you can go into B and C as well as A. This holds up for T and S rank as well.
