IDK about cuphead but apparently it's harder than HK/SS
I've played through the game, on my first save file I have a 246% completion and died a total of 2529 times and I still don't have the highest rank on every level, a S-Rank
for a sec I thought HK and I was staggered
200% for main game completion and plus 100% completion for the DLC
you have to get every coin, get all S-ranks, complete every npc mission, and get a P-rank on every Run'n Gun level, and obviously get every power up and item
