I'm gonna say something crazy

Undertale's boss themes are better than Deltarune's.

I'm reserving full judgement until we have all the chapters completed. I mean, Deltarune's soundtrack is way better in quality than Undertale's. Toby's gotten better as a composer, and it shows. But there's something about listening to Finale or Battle against a true hero that I just don't get from Hammer of Justice or Black Knife or whatever.

Again, the really good songs are almost always the ending ones. So this might change once we get all the chapters and their soundtracks.

"PENUMBRA PHANTASM"
/j
I haven't even listened the song

Also Toby doesn't even own the rights

And Toby also said the penumbra phantasm is unfortunately not getting in, as the creator of one of the motifs it used sadly passed away, so he’s not using it.

Also, I kinda feel like tv time proves this whole post wrong imo

uhh why'd you put HoJ in there as an example

Fair opinion though

You have alerted the horde /jk

RC: not only that but Toby also said no songs from homestuck would be in deltarune so penumbra is doubly not possible

Technically penumbra phantasm wasn’t ever used for homestuck so it was possible, but now it’s not

Also why are you now speaking in purple?

RC: 1. it was used as a motif in a lot of songs and it was made for homestuck I’d consider it a homestuck song 2. because I feel like it idk

SO NOW WE'RE USING SPECIAL FONTS? INDEED VERY VERY INTERESTING.

Is that really the reason?

I saw that somewhere, Idr where though

It's probably the reason

Isn't this "something" literally nostalgia?

I never played Undertale as a kid. And when I did I couldn't get past Mettaton EX, and also I was more of an AU person. I guess maybe? But... also not really

Nah it's just that when Tobert Foxington makes worse music, it sounds better, and when he does better music, it sounds worse
