I know who the roaring knight is

It’s December Holiday.

Here’s the thing. There are MANY theories about who the Knight is. I’ll list all the most popular ones here and then provide my reasons for them NOT being the Knight.

Asriel Knight

What would Asriel’s motivations be? Why would he be trying to cause the end of the world? Generally, there’s not a lot of evidence that Asriel is the knight, even if there is no evidence that he’s NOT the knight.

Carol Knight

Okay, this one is kind of popular. But Carol doesn’t act like the Knight at all, and I don’t know why she would be trying to bring about the Roaring. I’ve even seen her katana and it doesn’t look like the Black Knife, and her antlers also don’t look like the Knight’s. Carol might be WORKING with the Knight, however.

Papyrus Knight

Okay, come on. All the papyrus knight evidence is purely circumstantial. There’s no way Papyrus is the knight.

Rudy Knight

He’s literally sick. In a hospital. Why would he be the Knight? How would he be the Knight? I just don’t get it.

Onionsan Knight

Again, all this evidence is circumstantial. It COULD be possible, but there’s just so much more solider evidence pointing to Dess being the Knight.

Knight Knight

I wouldn’t be mad if the Knight was their own character, but it doesn’t make sense for Toby to go to all the trouble to connect Dess and the Knight for nothing. I do get that the Knight is definitely not a normal Lightner, however.

So why is Dess the Knight? HOW is Dess the Knight?

Well, obviously, something happened to her after she went missing. Something that turned her into the Knight. That’s the part I don’t know about. I’m sure the answer lies in the bunker however. I suppose we’ll have to wait for Toby to cook some more.

(So I guess you could call this Dessmalgam Knight?)

Carol is not the knight

That’s way too obvious for tricky Tony, which is why I don’t believe dess knight either. Common, a spooky missising girl that got lost with a whole motif? I feel like it’s too obvious.

Let’s be real here, are there casual fans of deltarune? Anyone that I’ve EVER seen that knows about it, doesn’t play it, or is insanely invested.

Yeah that's what I thought! I think once you become a deltarune fan you kinda just get swept up into everything else
Hell where I FIRST experienced deltarune was the theories and stuff

Did you even play the game? Every single time a Lightner visits a Dark World, their clothes are changed into something fantasy-like, sure - but the general shape, from and other characteristics such as height remain. No one can transform into this giant tall monstrous figure from just entering a Dark World. It's against Toby's rules, or else he maybe would've done something more interesting with the Lightner's designs.
