Okay. I don’t know if I’m the first person to find this or what, but this bullet board has every final boss in Deltarune so far. King is one of the crowns, probably the outline, Queen is the other crown since it looks closer to how the icon for the Queen piece in chess does, The Knight is… the knight (horse), and the titan is a bit difficult. Maybe it’s the sword because it was created with a sword? Flowery is much easier, he’s obviously the flower (which is why I had this idea in the first place). And the bishop… ohhhh boy more hospital Chapter 6 foreshadowing.
Kind of off topic but I feel like one reason Toby said Chapter 6 is easier to make is that, besides it not having a Shadow Crystal Boss or Weird Route, it will be mostly white since it’s the hospital.
i remember seeing people speculate that this was to do with the weird route
you can skip the second crown; you don't fight queen on the weird route
if that's the idea, though, i'm not sure why there's a dead end in the top right corner.
if you could get to it from the bishop (chapter 4), that'd make sense, since you skip the flower kingdom on the weird route. but you can't
or what the sword is. my immediate thought is the sword route, but that doesn't really affect the progression of the game like that? idk
yes, but you go to church in the ch4 weird route. to get to the dead end in the jackenstein maze, you don't go through the bishop square, so that doesn't line up
The Titan is most likely represented through the Rook since its' unhatched form looks like a tower (rook) and the song that plays during the climbing sequences is called "crumbling tower". That leaves only the sword. What if it's Carol? She not only has a katana in her bedroom, but in the kitchen as well. She is also most likely a fighter and has knowledge about the dark worlds. Plus she would be perfect as a final boss of a winter-themed chapter.
