Interrobang. It was supposed to be a fusion of !? To express the same as adding “!?” to the end if a sentence.

I know what interrobang is but it's not a fusion it's just "?!". I have never seen that thing before in my life

As far as I know, that symbol was called the interrobang, but either way, it just stands for “?!” Thing is, everyone hated it.
