I’d go for the heart locket and worn dagger. The apron heals you one hp every other turn but that has never made a difference for me. For healing items, I recommend Legendary Heroes cause they increase your attack, and the butterscotch-cinnamon pie from the beginning of the game if you have it, as it decreases asgore’s ATK and DEF.
