karmellita is really powerful, and she is an Old Heart... although to be fair Undyne is a boss monster, but I do think Karmellita is stronger

I think Undyne was kinda going easy on us in Undertale, because she should canonically be able to dodge, seeing as canonically Asgore can, and he taught Undyne

Vro the Skarrsinger easily wins. If it were Undyne the Undying it would be interesting, but with regular Undyne, this becomes straight-up tomfoolery.
Undying not dodging is probably just her being a little too focused on actually killing you
The Skarrsinger, when dodging, can make spikes come out of the ground.
