I’ve even heard Fallen Down before Undertale’s demo was released… it was a weird deja-vu hearing it again in-game in 2015. Since I also played Mother 3, I also couldn’t look at New Home quite right back then either. And I still cannot.
There are still references to EarthBound in Deltarune too, if you really look for them.

Fallen Down was originally in an EarthBound fan-album Toby contributed to, named I Miss You - EarthBound 2012. All the songs in it only use the EarthBound soundfont. You can hear the original Fallen Down here. You might recognize the album for Toby’s Megalo Strikes Back too, which was used in some fan animations like Dreemurr Reborn.
On that note… I’m a bit guilty of being fond of all the UT/DR songs that use the EarthBound soundfont. Makes me nostalgic, but I can see the intent behind it.
Well it is a good soundfont, because Eearthbound also has a banger soundtrack.
I got to summers and then accidentally went back an hour or 2 and then decided to take a break from it because I didn't want to replay that section. I have beaten Mother 1 though
I really want to play Earthbound, I have it on the nintendo switch online emulator and it's next on my to-play list :)

Earthbound does seem like an interesting game.
I've played Section 2 of Deltatraveler, and apart from budget Lancer (I don't care if he came first) it looks good! Might have to check out a playthrough of it...
I would recommend playing it, as it is fun. You do need to grind a lot in order to be able to get through the game though.
