I mean, right now we have at least some solid evidence for what will happen in chapter 5, and chapter 7 will probably feature either the bunker or the roaring (since both oughta happen at some point in the game, and the endgame seems like a logical placement). But what about chapter 6? I feel like we have absolutely 0 info about it.
My personal prediction is that this chapter's main storyline will be our gang uncovering Carol's plan and her truce with Kris and the knight. The dark world will probably be the holiday mansion, it's just way too big and detalied for it not to be a significant place in the plot. Most ungoing conflichts or mysteries will be explained or uncovered here in preparation for the finale, like Kris' past, what happened at the bunker to the poor children, Ralsei's origins, the egg man and so on. Carol would probably be the final boss, as she seems to be crazy strong in the dark world due to her seemingly knwoing a lot about them as well as having a freaking katana. Both the shadow crystal and the egg quests will culminate here, because it seems to me that Seam just giving us the pure crystal and that's all isn't worth the 5 whole secret bossfights. Something will definitely happen at their shop when we collect the 5th one, and I think it will transition into chapter 6. What about the eggs? Well the quest will probably tie into the whole Kris' past explanation and the bunker trauma as I said earlier. I also think that the weird route will progress MASSIVELY here, chapter 5 will start the more scary and graphic events and those will follow us into chapter 6 (like, a dark world at Noelle's house and she's not in our party? That would seem really weird to me)
So those are my predicitions, I'd gladly hear yours as well!

I mostly agree with you about where this chapter will take place (although I’m not 100% certain) and a lot of what will happen in it. However, I think Ralsei’s origins are more like Chapter 7, and I feel like it would be weird to have 2 lightner bosses in a row, so I’m not so sure about a Carol fight. I kind of struggle with thinking of things to fit into Chapter 6 when I have so many predictions for Chapter 5 that feel right.
Also, I think that Noelle will make a dark fountain, and I think this will probably be the Chapter 6 fountain. I think Chapter 5 will lead to Noelle and other lightners becoming fully aware of the existence of dark worlds, and that Rudy’s condition will get worse or even fatal, causing Noelle to act drastically.

Chapter 5 was originally supposed to be with 3+4, so… maybe it was supposed to dhow what toby thought the chapters would look like after the new chapters?
Well maybe because 5 was supposed to release together with 3 and 4 (as the knight said)
Or maybe Toby hasn't planed the weird route's story that far at the moment of making the page
