What are the best armors \ weapons \ items I can have equipped for this fight? Also any strategies in general? I've never fought Jevil before, and im trying to get all the Shadow crystal bosses
club sandwich and cake are useful, and since it's your first time so are revivemints
My personal strategy is to equip Kris with the Spooky Sword, Susie with the Brave Axe, and Ralsei with the Ragger (assuming you want the Devilsknife, you'll want an offensive build)
I usually grab like 3 or 4 each of Choco Diamonds and Hearts Donuts from the bake sale, which are more effective when used on Kris (ChocoDiamond) and Susie (HeartsDonut), then the Spincake (gotten from delivering the Topcake back to the Top Chef in the Field) and the Clubs Sandwich, both of them are full team heals. Any remaining slots, fill with as many revivemints as you can (Look at the wiki for Ch1 mint locations if your inventory isn't full yet
You will have to trash the manual to make room for all of this, but sacrifices must be made (although if you trash the manual right before the last chase segment before Card Castle, Ralsei doesn't see and you don't get "penalized" later)
For the Devilsknife, you should focus on using Rude Buster over attacking with Kris or Ralsei. Defending always grants 16% TP, so if defending with Kris would put you over the TP needed for Rude Buster, DO IT. Kris and especially Susie are the important characters to keep alive, as Ralsei does no meaningful damage even with the Ragger. But as long as Ralsei stays alive, he functions as a little bonus damage and also an opportunity to heal Kris or Susie without spending one of their turns. Just keep trying until you get him. Practice makes perfect.
For the Jevilstail, you should focus on building TP and keeping everyone alive. Whenever you don't have any characters low on hp, defend with everyone. You need everyone to hypnotize, which is the best way to gain spare progress. Whenever your TP is above 50 and no one needs a heal from Heal Prayer, use hypnotize to keep the fight progressing. Just keep trying until you get him. Practice makes perfect.

jevilstail since I'm being a Nice Guy (I don't have enough skill for weird route and also I could never do that to Noelle) and I generally want to go the best route possible, and I think that beating all the secret bosses is connected to the "best ending" or something like that

Beating Jevil with violence impacts nothing besides what reward you get, so it doesn't matter
Besides in my opinion the Ch3 Shadow Crystal Boss is easier with the Devilsknife due to it giving a 10 TP discount on Rude Buster (You'll know what I mean when you get to the boss)

Jevilstail... I would personally put it on Susie, but that's just because Jevil seems like he drops things FOR Susie, just like Spamton NEO drops things FOR Ralsei
Basically, whoever uses the weapon that drops from the Shadow Crystal Boss, is who the armor should go on as well. But that's just my opinion, you can put it on whoever.

Yes
then who will drop something for noelle or berdly? you'd think if Noelle was in the queen battle (pacifist or genocide) they would get something? there IS snow grave and all those different rings but there should be something to make her maybe boost a party members attacks or defense.
Berdly doesn't ever join the party in an actual battle, and Noelle mightn ot come back AS a party member
Why would she get one? she's only a party member briefly in chapter 2
