In chapter 3, it is explained that dark worlds contain a negative amount of light thanks to their fountains. This means that in a dark world, the lighter something is, the darker it appears. With this in mind, the lightest place in the chapter 4 dark world or any dark world that we have seen, is actually the Dark Zone. Kinda funny.

This isn’t your average everyday darkness… this is… advanced darkness.
This could add a more divine aspect to Titans, since because of this they would be beings of the Purest Light in Dark Worlds and only fit their current description in the Light World.
Also that should explain why Dark Fountains glow inside Dark Worlds and etc.
