Making one emote of somebody laughing and one emote of the same image but a static smile is different

I still don’t think any of this is THAT similar and I very much don’t understand the point of having both FRIEND expressions
Because the smile one is for reacting to posts talking about them and the lauging one is for laughing at people.
Maybe for the laughing one we could use an Undertale character since we’re running low on emojis of those
