Kinda looks like Wario or Waluigi, but I think the outline color is what makes it not look that good.
Maybe try using a blue outline for the blue parts of Rampton?
There's a lot of colors, but I think that might make it look a little better.
Yeah, the problem is, when I make the ears or shoes outline be blue, if its the same blue it looks too big for him, and a different blue makes it look detached from his body.
