They are the same, yes. I was going to title this "Does Cutie Mew Mew Magic have Raise Up Your Bat?" but I thought Pink and D.ogg were more clear.
As for Pink's Dess parallels, bipolar big sister who is very protective of her younger sister, said younger sister runs to her at the slightest tease, she's exiled from the rest of her family, even "Ory" is a similar nickname to "Elly" when you think about it.
Pink also has green strings coming out of her hands during her final attack which are very similar to the strings seen on the NEO Body, which Noelle describes as "guitar strings".
Mewers Live is also obviously a reference to Lightners Live which is where we hear RUYB for the first time. Even if the song doesn't have the motif, the scene is still connected.
