I’m pretty mixed on this myself, though I’m inclined to say no because the story could very well move on without them.

This really depends on how one defines miniboss.

She's just as much a miniboss as Clover or Tasque Manager. Which to me, it means not at all.

She isn’t mandatory, so...

Minibosses are… uh... MINI Bosses, so if it isn’t mandatory to fight, it can't be a boss or Miniboss.

She ain't even a mandatory fight if you wanna do the Golden Piano, your just have to know the notes.

I mean, biome mimics from terraria are pretty darn hard but aren’t considered minibosses
