When UNDERTALE first released, many people asked for a run button as they thought the game was too slow. While many mods add an unofficial run button, Toby Fox never added an official button. However, when DELTARUNE released three years later, a run button was included, allowing people to move faster than in UNDERTALE. However, did you know that this is a self-reference? You see, DELTARUNE allowing you to go faster than in UNDERTALE is an Easter Egg reference to the fact that Asgore's truck was going faster than December Holiday! Neat, huh?
