Do you think the articles that mention Dess should be edited to include her full name as opposed to her nickname (e.g. Dess's Room -> December's Room)? It is true that she is referred to by her nickname in-game far more frequently than by her full name, but I'd simply like for the articles to be consistent. The wiki doesn't constantly refer to Noelle as "Elly", after all.
I think the pages should be named after whatever they're called by most in-game. So Noelle, Kris, Susie, Ralsei, Lancer, Dess, Tenna, etc. Only use their nickname if it's what's most commonly used. You don't see most everyone calling Tenna "Mr. Ant Tenna".
So, basically Dess is the best name, by those standards.
