We can't be certain yet. However, Weird Route skips to Chapter 7 which presumably takes place in the Shelter or Roaring, while normal route has Susie prepare Castle Town for Noelle to arrive. I don't think we immediately put Noelle in our most dangerous adventure yet, considering how weak she would be at this point.
