Despite most users moving onto the new wiki, the Fandom wiki is still at the top of search results. If admins delete the pages on the Fandom wiki (There are less than 300, it wouldn't take that long,) this new wiki would be at the top of search results, leading users to actually find the up-to-date and complete articles. I don't see any problem with this; one wiki is much better than two. From what I've read, you can't shut down an entire wiki, so page deletion is the best option.
While it could be done, Fandom Staff does not allow it and would likely undo it very quickly. That would also likely lead to anyone who still has administrative privileges having them revoked, which would limit what they could do in the future.
Mass deletion constitutes vandalism from Fandom's point of view.

That’s actually one of the things that isn’t dumb.
If someone mass deleted pages from our wiki, we’d probably also call it vandalism.
