Hollow Knight definitely is a good game, but I haven't played enough of it yet to know if it's better than UT and DR, so they win in my book.
But like
most of UT/DR attacks via magic bullets targetting the SOUL, the cumilation of one's essence...
the Godseeker contains within their mind/dream realm/SOUL/cumilation of their essence a lot of stuff
like, enough stuff to unleash hell and more upon UT/DR
oh and also the Infection, and also the fact that there are 47 (46 not counting Zote the Mighty) bosses in HK, all of whom are powerful.

There's a force in HK that we've actually seen that we still don't know the extent of, and we haven't seen it ever lose.
The Roaring Knight? We know that it's possible to at least whittle down its HP, meaning that it can lose.
The Titan? Buddy, we actually beat it.
But we really don't know the extent of Void Given Focus, and have barely seen it in action, so for all we know, HK is far more likely to win.
Honestly I can’t decide because of how wildly different the games are. Silksong\Hollow Knight are both really good games, so are Undertale and Deltarune. But if we’re making them fight it out hollow knight is winning
