Absolutely every single living being classified as "organic" in common Human Knowledge is made mainly of Carbon, plus other thingies like proteins[1] or Water. That means the crouton you ate, made of the root ingredients wheat, 
eggs, and probably some kind of yeast, is made exclusively of living, organic beings, those being a type of plant that grows seeds used for flour, a bird/reptile/platypus's[2] egg, and random ass fungi probably related to mold genetically... which means you ARE made basically of what you eat, since all of these bring carbon to your bodily systems, alongside proteins from the egg and fungi and fibers brought by the plants like wheat.
