Boss monsters age mentally but not physically, meaning he could have mentally aged a lot (causing him to get memory loss and maybe end up in an accident that put him in the hospital because of this? Switching arguments mainly because dementia isn't a good reason to go to the hospital like that).
- Toriel also refers to Kris with they/them pronouns. It is very unlikely that Toriel doesn't know Kris' pronouns. If you want to bring up the argument that Kris simply didn't tell her, then why would she assume they are nonbinary?
- Noelle is Kris' childhood friend (even if they both deny it), so she would likely know her friend's pronouns
- They/them does mean non-binary
- Noelle is not good at remembering things, see the Weird Route in Chapter 2 as evidence
