Could you be more specific? As in, which part of From Now On you think sounds like which part of Heartache. Because other than them having vaguely similar vibes (which I feel you'll find in a lot of battle themes) and both being in the same key I don't really hear it.

It was rather silly of me to assume that you all would immediately understand what I meant when I said that — if that were the case, it would have already been on the wiki!
The beginning of From Now On (0:00-0:29) feels reminiscent of the intro to Heartache (the bit that also gets used in ASGORE) — they have similar rhythms at a similar pitch. The brass instrument at 0:44-0:48 and 0:59-1:04 also sounds similar to 0:10-0:15 in Heartache.

It definitely seems like a coincidence to me. I feel that the only reason why they sound really similar in this specific instance to the point where one might associate them with each other is because that both tracks are in B-flat minor (as Cherman0 already pointed out) and have similar pacing as they are both battle themes.
The similarity of the two motifs in general (as in, not exclusive to the two tracks you are comparing) probably stems from the first two notes of both motifs being rhythmically and melodically identical and the use of the seventh scale degree in both of them. However, beyond that, the motifs are generally quite distinct from each other (very noticably in a harmonic sense) to the point that the wiki (and myself) consider them to be seperate.
The in-game context as well as other tracks also support this. The motif heard at the beginning of From Now On (the "Dark Sanctuary" leitmotif on the wiki) is, as its name suggests, associated with the Dark Sanctuary and is also used by other tracks related to that location such as Ever Higher or GUARDIAN. Accordingly, the Dark Sanctuaries aren't directly associated with Toriel or Asgore (at least according to our current knowledge) in any way so there isn't a good contextual reason behind why From Now On might be intentionally referencing Heartache.
So in conclusion, the "Dark Sanctuary" and "Heartache" motifs are sort of similar but definitely not the same motif. Their use in the tracks "From Now On" and "Heartache" respectively makes them sound especially similar but doesn't refute them being inherently different motifs which is why I think it's just a coincidence.
The coincidental similarity can be added in the Trivia section of both tracks, which would be a better place to put this information.

This sounds similar to Heartache but this is the usual Dark Sanctuary leitmotif so this isn't Heartache.

Alright. If it's just a coincidence, I don't think it should be on the wiki — by that logic, many songs could have their similarity to Gaster's Theme included in the wiki, which would be less than helpful in my opinion. Thanks!
