Can someone please dumb down the ball machine math

I need to get the gold prizes from the ball machine and I know I could just savescum but I don't want to waste my points so can someone explain to me how to get the goods because the wiki page is full of confusing math

Get all of them. Not just gold points. (If you want to at least)

Also you should save points to have 1225 so you can do something very special with the ball machine

Srsly though do this, it doesn't actually cost 1225 points you just need to have that many since you never actually spend them, one you select 1225 it just does the thing, and it's a cool Easter egg[1][2]

But once you do the 1225 thing the ball machine is gone forever so only do it when you're SURE.

TennaTie is really really good on Kris, one of the best armors in the game in terms of defense, but it worsens magic so it's the best choice for Kris
