What if, in a later chapter, as part of the Crystal Route (I'm calling it that now), Susie spars with Kris/Ralsei and it would be the Axe of Justice boss fight and the boss theme could be an arrangement of Vs. Susie that incorporates the Of Justice motif

Justice is a motif that appears several times in UTY, adapted from the background of the photoshop Flowey yellow soul phase. While it’s not a canonical motif, people would still get it mixed up so there would probably need to be some naming difference.
It's both
"Justice" is the name of the game over song but the motif also appears in several other songs, like "Showdown!"
