So I was looking for UNDERTALE tracks a year or two ago and found this:
https://open.spotify.com/album/1ghAIGBcx5soDkXKKtWAQo
It's very clearly a bootleg. That should be said for sure. But I'm interested in what it even uses as the source audio. If someone's able to extract the file in wav and send it to me that'd be awesome, I'd love to do analysis.
Should probably report it to Toby Fox or something, haha. Anyone know how?
@Vexodus You know soundtracks I guess?
(Maybe should divert this to Link though)
beats me
@Link You're smart right
I'd love a way to get the actual source file for this. I don't know how I even could, though. That's why I'm asking here. I seem to recall it being on YouTube Music back when I first found it, but it's gone now?
Also, how could this be reported to Toby or Materia? I do wish there were an official release of this track outside of the stream, though.
no way smug radiation??
perchance
He just said perchance
You can't just say perchance.
Anyway on topic. I can't even listen to it anymore? I'm wondering if this is actually a remix but I do remember the OG youtube upload that I can't find was just the theme.
It just so happens that Spotify went down as I'm trying to find this. Anyways, did you find it on any other music distribution websites?
I initially did on YouTube music in 2024, but I can't find that one anymore? Nowhere else has it either.
I think the spotify one here is actually just broken. No one I can find can listen to it in specific.
I have no clue why I want to even get this file. I'm just really bored and I'm curious if it comes from a YT video or something since it probably predates the XBOX rips.
Really wish Toby just released this and the other Stream tracks officially in some other way because it sucks that the best quality is either mono with a hum at best, or Extremely difficult to extract / lost for others. At least there's one I suppose.
Sounds like you might be searching for a track that doesn't exist...?
It existed at some point and it shows up when clicked you just can't play it.
Huh, maybe Avery took it. /J
One does not simply perchance
One simply makes a neccy
ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY PERCHANCE
/ihaveaproblem
But what if...I do
