Like always with deltarune, practice. Try to use the snapall act as much as possible but if somebody would die in two hits, heal them. Since in this case, you’re likely trying to go pacifist, try to prioritize keeping Kris and Ralsei alive as Kris can act and Ralsei can heal them even with no items. Uhh idk the optimal items, but pink ribbon is recommended as it doesn’t have a rebuff until chapter 3. Anyways that’s all I can think of for the normal route fight.

Since you're going for pacifist, I'd reccomend using Snapall whenever possible, as it actually grants 1 more spare % than snapping with everyone. If any one character needs to do something else, like Ralsei casting Heal Prayer, Snap with all characters who don't need to do something.

For healing item reccommendations, I'd look at the wiki page for the character teas and use those, along with Spaghetti Code for multi-person heals. If I remember right, you wanna use Kris Tea for Susie, Susie Tea for Kris, and either Kris or Susie tea for Ralsei. If you don't have any character teas, you just need to go back towards the end of Cyber City and speak to various Addisons (the ad guys). While you're at it, look in every nook and cranny for the Bounce Blade (should be guarded by an enemy, forget which one) and optionally the only knockable door in the city. The Ch2 Egg is also in the city, shortly before you fight Burghley the second time.

As for actually dodging the attacks, you just need to do two things: memorize them, and determine when to use Big Shots versus normal shots. Except you almost always wanna use Big Shots. When you get to his final attack, make sure to spam Big Shots so it ends really quickly, if done optimally you can get it done under 10-15 seconds.

After that, it’s pretty much just grinding to do attacks better and get more tp.

I think tbh spamton was pretty easy for me, I never used snap all but tried to maintain keeping at least two of my party members snapping at all times. Usually Kris and Susie while I healed with ralsei. Other than that I think you just need practice.
