Wiki is seemingly uncertain on question of DR Monsters having blood. Susie bleeding in chapter 4 obviously proves that she have it, but some think that it just proves that she is half-human. But we can see another example of monster bleeding. It being Noelle and infamous Weird Route scene, which obviously implied that we caused Noelle bleeding by putting ThornRing (probably just thorn in LW) on her finger.
Wiki doesn't have to declare officially that all lightners have blood. But it should add that Noelle is seemingly have blood too
The thing is that it’s just speculation to say this is blood. The rose or cracking effects seem pretty abstract, and a lot of people think the red dot afterwards might be something like a soul piece. Saying it’s blood does feel like the most simple explanation, but I don’t really see the need to include it on the wiki, in my personal opinion.
Honestly, what if we’re just all wrong, and monsters have always had blood.
Because sans bled.
Like they can bleed, and then turn into dust when they die.
Undertale, however, is a much simpler game. Toby probably only wanted to include blood in the part where it was most significant, that being sans’ death sequence
Sure they turn to dust. That happens. It might just not include the blood in undertale in favor of simply adding a disintegration graphic to the hurtsprite
There is an NPC in DELTARUNE who can only be seen in a window. They ask Kris if it hurts being made of blood. I think this disproves this theory, much to my dismay.
I think the “made of blood” line was either a writing mistake or it was supposed to be interpreted like “humans are made of blood (made of biological matter) and monsters are made of magic but have blood”
