I've heard people spread something supposedly stated by Toby which said that Star was an unused song for Madjick's battle. However, I saw that this info had been removed from our wiki, stated to be a proven hoax. Does anybody know what proves this to be a hoax, and what the history of this is? I believed this for years, and it seems like a very strange thing for somebody to make, so it disorients me to learn this.

I've heard rumors that this is Chara related or something like that from the 2016 era, I'd assume Madjick to not be a hoax.

I mean if Toby didn't make a statement that it had to do with Madjick we shouldn't assume it's that, there's no connection and that's a bizarrely specific thing

Take a look at KingHeavy's contributions from February 9 and 10, 2017, their Reddit post with their supposed email screenshot, and their Reddit post stating they were making a hoax, supposedly in order to promote an animation they were working on.
The only proof we had of their claim was an email screenshot, but because of this experience we no longer allow email screenshots to act as any sort of proof on the wiki, because they are so easily faked. I guess we could've conflated this situation with the mus_star situation, but either way with no other proof we can't be putting that information on the wiki.
