Once Upon a Time... Two Races Ruled Over Earth. HUMANS and MONSTERS.
However, one day the fear of Monsters led arrogant, selfish humans to wage war against them, and they condened every Human who stayed by the Monster's side.
It wasn't a war. It was a massacre.
These humans had immense hate towards Monsters, and their magic nature made each Human's strike immeasurably stronger.
Shortly after(in terms of war), Humans 'won', and sealed every single Monster in the Underground. That seal was the Barrier. It was so powerfull, it drained all the Magic from the surface, a cost the humans decided to pay to seal Monsterkind underground.
