In my opinion Kirby has more "realistic" genuses of lifeforms that follow the appropriate rules in-universe, so the "Humans & Monsters" logic from UT/DT doesn't apply as much here
That means it's not that wrong to put "a Hamster" as it would if it was still following these "Human/Monster" rules.
