The Interrobang is an old character that's meant to represent "!?" with one character. It never really caught on.
It's on GBoard on En, Pt, and more langs
Steps:
- Have GBoard/Google Board
- Click on the "?123" key
- Hold the "?" key
- Just move your finger that you're using to hold the "?" key to your right
- Boom! You have a ‽!
