Undertale/Deltarune Japanese Wiki

I asked on Discord too, but didn't get much feedback, so I'm asking here instead.

I want to create a Japanese wiki for Undertale.
The reason is that it seems odd for there to be no wiki, despite it being one of the few languages supported in the original Undertale game.
While there is a Japanese version on Fandom, the information is sparse, and the Deltarune Fandom Wiki only briefly covers Chapters 3 and 4.

I think there are different language options for this wiki too. No clue how to change said language though.
