I had an idea
instead of having a massive party, we have roles to make it easier
each roll has a number, the roles are important characters throughout all the chapters
1-Kris (shares a body with the SOUL)
2-Ralsei (gets a PM with Gaster to recieve info)
3-Susie (normal-ish)
4-KNIGHT (can show up whenever, custom gear/stats though)
5-Dess (seperate campaign)
6-Gaster (basically narrator)
7-ROOTS (no stats, but can deploy agents)
8-SOUL (shares a body with Kris)
9-Angel (ROOTS, but has stats/gear, has a PM with KNIGHT)
10-Nobody (win conditon is to kill everyone else, can join party tho)

roll with sansbot for your role, can reject it if needed
The default parties are:
Kris, Susie, Ralsei & SOUL [win condition is stopping the roaring]
ROOTS (powerful enough not to need teammates) [win condition is beat Gaster]
Angel, KNIGHT [win condition is causing the roaring]
Dess [win condition is beating ROOTS]
Gaster [win condition is to not be beaten by ROOTS by the time the campaign ends]
Nobody[1] [win condition is kill all other players]
