We choose our own actions. If someone wants to only defend they can only defend. No one can influence anyone else's actions outside of "Hey you should do [thing]"

Nope. If people wanna do a multi-person ACT then they can try to convince the other person, but they can't do it unless they both agree to.

Make a hp stat, a att stat, a def stat, a mag stat, a weapon, at most 2 armors, a weapon type, a spell list and then ok
Or you can choose to scale stats with chapters instead of using a weapon type
You can also choose to ACT instead of SPELL
