Creator's note/me: people stutter when lying or are traumatized, and the roaring Shure has put a toll on Ralsei. does this answer your question, @Xanderjedi11 ?

honestly certain activity will make him feel slightly better but nothing will get him back to his cheerful state he was in before the roaring
