if you games on steam if you press shift+tab and click the compass icon you access the steam web browser which in my experience ignores all restrictions
to get on youtube at school you can open a google slides and go to "insert" and then "video" to access youtube although it seems random what videos are on there or not
you can also just turn off your wifi to avoid being detected
