Help her, and help yourself. One of the best things besides therapy is being in a social group, if you can get her into a wiki, or a friend group, or somewhere else, and please, for everything, help yourself.

Therapy, be open with people, talk with people close to you, go to authorities, do anything. Put yourself first, and your friend at a very close second.
