borlke moment

OK time for some Hornet Anylisis! today we'll be discussing her similarities with Hive Knight and Grimm, and also be delving into some further grim troupe silksong theory!
Firstly, hive knight not only has a similar fighting style but also works to protect, and as hronet trained under vespa its implied they knew each other. hwoever, she never mentions hive knight because, well, as we can see she has a habit of keeping secrets.
Next, Grimm is not only red but also works to sustain his "kin", which hornet has a similar mindset in act 3 towards pharloom. Grimm however is fine with self-sacrifice, wheras hornet will have none of it.
The Troupe also does not need have a canon Ritual ending to be present in Pharloom-Grimm or the heart could simply be seen as battered, and vaguely hint at dangers along the way-either referencing being banished from Hallownest, or GMS's harsh forces.
Brumm would bot be present, and would not need to be present, as they could say many of their kin perished along the road to Pharloom, which was more difficult than expected.
The Troupe would appear in Act 3, as that's when Pharloom truly is falling.
Hornet may try to cut grimm out of the ritual and free him, or simply frown at him in his hunter's journal. The Banishment ending would be very interesting...

Also, if you look at the path taken to access Snail Shaman's mound, there is a ledge that seemingly is broken. If you look at it, once it could have extended, meaning the Shaman truly was hidden...but when the Infection tore Hallownest down, the barrier vanished.

Regarding Cracker's Wither Storm Mod...

I think that the AI changes make it so that Pillagers (and other normally hostile mobs) are neutral toward you when the Storm is nearby. This guy has been sitting here for a while, but not one arrow has left his crossbow. I've noticed the same behavior in Creepers, Skeletons, Endermen, Spiders, and Zombies. Not Vindicators though, for whatever reason.
Also, some mobs[1] actually seem to make an effort to fight the Storm while being pulled up by its beams. I've seen Creepers and Skeletons save countless undead lives.

  1. those being mobs with projectiles, which fire at the Storm continuously, and Creepers, which explode on contact with the Storm's head ↩︎
