I honestly kinda like that because I don't really like the scariness of OG Subnautica, but I can see how that's an issue for people
I mean, the story of OG Subnautica is like a bunch of loose threads that you kinda have to go out of your way to find and weave together to get the whole picture, so idk.

PRAWN does literally everything it does but better
They made it absolutely terrible by doing this, make it big and beefy or make it small, fragile, and fast. The two don't mix in Subnautica. (Besides, isn't that what the PRAWN was for? Getting around fast with pretty good health while remaining able to reach small areas?)
