A summary for Undertale fans who can't read:

Our favourite Annoying Dog shares a link to the Chapter 5 concept art page of the newsletter. I won't describe everything there but the most interesting thing is that very many aspects of the chapter were developed quite some time ago, with some designs (like Yellow's first one) being almost 10 years old.

Now, the most interesting part: Chapter 6. Prepare yourself guys, cause this is gonna be the stuff we all wanted.
"With Chapter 5, we completed the last of the necessary setup for Chapter 6 and 7. From Chapter 6 onward, there are no more wacky silly adventures, and you will begin to see the results of the setup that has been made so far."
"you will begin to see the results of the setup that has been made so far". What setup, Toby? Two people getting kidnapped into the shelter? I'm not mad, I'm just... Concerned that many of our questions won't get answered. There hasn't been a clear setup for ch. 6 compared to ch. 5 and we literally have almost nothing to expect, except maybe a Holiday Manor dark world?
"Chapter 6 is a shorter, straightforward chapter that focuses on one aspect of the story. Because of that, many things are still not touched on here – in fact, it may surprise you what was missing! But one thing will be clarified, whether you’re ready or not."
FINALLY, WE'RE GETTING MORE LORE! But it seems that one of the community's biggest questions might not be answered, and another big question will be explained. Any bets on what they are? I'm guessing the Knight's identity and Ralsei's origins. But you should definitely suggest yours. Also the "aspect of the story that the chapter will focus" on is 99% the Dessappearance, I bet my whole flat on it.
"Some of you may say “Wait! You need to make the chapters longer, not shorter!” That’s an extremely reasonable concern, but... by the end of Chapter 7 I’m 100% sure you’ll understand why I feel confident about the way I’m telling this story. Don’t worry about the pacing until it’s over!"
It seems that Toby assures us not to worry about ch. 6's length. And I do not. "Whatever it ends up being, I'm sure it'll be tremendous." - 
. It might be the length of ch. 1, which is still more than enough to give the answers we've all been waiting for.
Also, chapter 6 most likely releases in 2027 and by itself, if anyone actually had doubt.

After that Toby talks about the community as a whole, recommends not to build up massive expectations (probably in response to the community complaining about ch. 5's lack of story) as his view on the story might be significantly different from ours, and thanks for all of the speculative fanart, fan animations, fan theories and all of speculative fan work in general. Cause in the end, even if Carol isn't the knight and Asriel isn't a hot ass twink, at lest we had fun along the way, right? And then he adds that "isn't it amazing that you all play this game as it come out?". Feels like a bit of "I VALUE OUR CONNECTION DEARLY" from our G-Man, doesn't it?
Then Toby talks a bit about his own personal deltarune-related stuff, for example, we should thank Toby's brother for giving the world such an awesome word that is "Jarona!". Kikky also has no response to her being put in the game, as any self-respecting cat would.
And finally, the merch. More stuff for ch. 5 are planned as well as some stuff from previous chapters! A plush of Queen is confirmed! Anybody here wanted a Queen plush? I'm hoping for a Jackenstien one. Not that I would buy it but he deserves it, the guy's too cute.
So, that's all! I can't believe I checked the page every day for the past week but still managed to miss this. I also heard that the Weird Route numbers page on the sweepstakes got updated, I'll look into that later. Thanks for reading my summary!
