Why does it matter what Mojang thinks?
Because of the game devs favor it that makes one the definitive version?
Just because they get quicker updates, doesn't mean Bedrock isn't also favourable, as
- It has extended compatability with more platforms, like PS4.
- They used Bedrock as the basis for Education Edition.
- They're owned by Microsoft, so they can't have their own preferences, at least not publicly and as a company, therefore making any actual preferences simply the private ones of individuals within the company, not the company itself, so they are unofficial.
Java Edition doesn't even have controller support, you need a mouse and keyboard
Java Edition is also poorly optimized, resulting in a lower frame rate.
Are you sure?
I turn Vibrant Visuals on, it starts to rain, I start lagging. Meanwhile on Java, I'm consistantly over 120 fps.
Java is just bedrock but better framerate and a little more features. Bedrock is actually hard, and gets updates faster, as well as (in my opinion) has better special features to itself. The only thing I think is worse is the framerate and (
) minecoins.
J.K. Rowling said that Hufflepuff's her favorite house, but everyone hates it anyways.
Java can't even spam weapons
I don't think that's quite the same situation, that's a house in a book series.
Not a game version.
Bedrock can't even slash with swords right
Spamming weapons isn't even fun
BOTH ARE JUST AS GOOD
bedrock has good exclusives and bad exclusives,
java has good exclusives and bad exclusives.
I think Java is worse, but at least Bedrock isn't unfairly hated
I don't really play minecraft but if I did I would choose java because the UI is better (that's just my opinion though), there are less bugs, and java doesn't have frequent memory leaks.
