I don't think they're completely lore accurate BECAUSE:
- I don't >>>THINK<<< any nod to the last human who went into the underground was, as all I can remember is that we only know that Bratty and Catty has their hat and gun, but that can be said for the other humans.
- In UTY it was confirmed that the blue soul human came before Clover did, and I don't know if there's any confirmation of that fact in UT.
Remember I don't have a ton of info about this. As I'm typing this, it's 40 past midnight, so I'm just spit-balling here

I mean, yes, these are all facts (or rather lack thereof), but if you think about it, there's also no conflict with the uty pacifist route (the one where Flowey eventually waits for the next human) and Undertale, so like, if it was official, no issues would arise.
Also occasionally the post will show smth like “8 hours ago” for a couple seconds and then change to “4 months ago” for some reason

Looking through Undertale I'm not sure where they got this from either. In item order Kindness is before Justice, in ball game order Bravery is before Justice, in the order Asgore has them arranged Kindness is before Justice. I can't remember what the Omega Flowey SOUL order was.

Those are the only orders of the SOULs in Undertale, so they are our only source for when they died. Omega Flowey either uses Asgore order or item order, I forgot which.
