It's halfway between brainrot and real content, in my opinion. It's not skibidi toilet or Italian brainrot or whatever, but it's definitely not real serious content

That "do the channel need to stop making Nintendo content or can it continue doing legally accepted parodies" arc is certainly less Brainrot then everything else
they have some actual story arcs with a lot of jokes scattered throughout, the rest is just memes, and honestly I respect that
oh and they have a couple of actual storylines like Meta Runner and stuff

Personally the similarity between RGB and Mr. Puzzles is NOT simply the TV head-it's the glitch static thing mouth style. They are substantially different though, with Mr. Puzzles having a fully-made face complete with eyes (ew, says the Tenna and RGB standing outside) and a 100% glooby outfit, wheras RGB's outfit is just a dapper clothes arrangement.
