And so you let me communicate specific words? Awesome.
"Well, you heard Andar, let's go find the 'Howling Cliffs that border this kingdom'."
I call a truce with the strange person.
"So long as I get a Dream Nail too, I'm ok with it. Not that I know what it does."
Traverse the kingdom via montage?

Disadvantage because it's all Hallownest-you'd get dropped off somewhere if it rolls low.

Hm. You wind up somewhere in the bottom of the Forgotten Crossroads-above you, there's a shrine of sorts, and you can make out some kind of Vessel battling a large Gruzz Mother.
"Let's... not go that way."
I look around for alternative ways to proceed.
There's an odd shop close by, with a bench beside it. It's on a ledge, though, and getting up there may be slightly troublesome. You could probably dash there, though.
There are some ruined houses up ahead, too.
Did Kirbyfan follow me or did they stay put because no way are they trusting some random vessel?
Their choice, we'll assume that they won't participate in helping you but if they confirm to have followed then they can do stuff any time they want basically
If they followed, then I would do this:
"I'm gonna go check out that shop up there, can you check the ruined houses?"
If not:
I jump up to check out the shop and sit on the bench.
Proceed inwards?
Yes
A big guy is there, residing within a cauldron.
I'm not bothered to write exact dialogue.
They host a charms shop.
I examine their wares, as well as my Geo pocket (or whatever I store my Geo in)
You rummage through your mask and find a fair, but humble supply of Geo. You can afford the LongNail charm.
