What does a can have anything to do with Flowery
This line represents how Asgore is isolating himself from the rest of the town after the Dessapearance, when in reality nobody really hates him, and the "can" connects the line to his hobby as a florist
This is clearly Flowery speaking from the first person, with "him" representing Asgore
Flowery, in the light world, is in a glass case, wanting to cheer Asgore up, and one way to do that would be to "make him laugh"
How do these two lines help your claim at all
More evidence for Asgore, not Flowery, being the "Flower Man" is the prophecy panel in Ch4 that says "THE FLOWER MAN, TRAPPED IN ASYLUM" with a picture of Asgore, and if there's anybody that the "asylum" that is the Flower King dark world is for, it's Asgore. After all, all seven flowers (not just Flowery) are constantly trying to cheer him up, to get him to play games or have books read to him or go fishing... all of which are very much the sort of thing that would be done to help an insane individual in an asylum find stability.
