I personally think ERAM is RAMB, just in electronic form, look at the name:
E (Electronic, as in EMAIL (Electronic mail)) RAM (Short for Ramb, they sound the exact same)
Together: Electronic Ramb

While I do think ERAM is a parallel to a boss(weird, normal, or third) I think Ramb is the ERAM shown in the mantle minigames
On the topic of mantle mini games here is my interpretation:
Board 1: This board represents the entirety of Undertale, where you kill monsters looking like Undertale monsters, then you find the key which represents Chara's idea of min-maxing/bad route and "Let us erase this pointless world, and move on to the next."
Board 2: This board represents Deltarune chapters 1 & 2 & 5 Weird route, where it played normally until you use Chara's ideology to freeze enimys to solve puzzles, with ending with freezing a bird to move on as well as moving though a puzzle with the white cloak showing you the way
Board 3: This board represents the Weird route chapter 7, with the ROOTS and the real version of ERAM (this is where the songs "roots," "meat factory," "trouble dingle," and a fire boss theme would play)
