The caller trying to obscure their identity from the player, as well as radiation...we know that weird things can happen under the right circumstances, such as amalgation from UNDERTALE. Radiation could be a metaphor for something similar in DELTARUNE. Bunker theories, perhaps?
Homestuck. There is a character oft named simply as John's dad, emphasised by his fatherly personality, albeit little clue as to specifics. This could be a hint at DELTARUNE, where Wing or someone else, perhaps Toby himself reveals themself to be the SOUL's father, or something similar.
Searching for something is a theme in certain secret things in DELTARUNE, as well as returning to one's past. As well as this, the mention of the truth is a key segment here, which could have large-scale implications for Kris's past, and the lore of DELTARUNE.
